  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 banana, cut into chunks and frozen

Dairy & alternatives

  • 1 ½ cups plain milk (dairy or plant-based, unsweetened)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or a plant-based yogurt)

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the strawberries under cold water, remove the stems, and slice them in half so they blend smoothly.
  • Add the strawberries, frozen banana chunks, milk, and yogurt into a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high for 60 to 120 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy with no chunks left.
  • Pause and taste the smoothie, then adjust by adding more milk if it feels too thick or a natural sweetener if you want it a little sweeter.
  • Pour into glasses or mason jars and serve right away, or cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
