STEP 1). Grab your blender and add the soy milk first. This helps everything blend smoothly and avoids getting stuck at the bottom.
STEP 2). Toss in your frozen blueberries and cherries. These give your smoothie that deep, rich color and a pop of fruity flavor.
STEP 3). Break your banana into chunks and throw that in too. It adds creaminess and a natural sweetness that brings the whole smoothie together.
STEP 4). Scoop in the vanilla-flavored vegan Greek yogurt. This is where the magic happens. It makes everything extra creamy and adds a nice little tang.
STEP 5). If you want your smoothie super cold and thick, drop in a few ice cubes. Totally optional but a nice touch, especially on hot days.
STEP 6). Pop the lid on your blender and blend until everything’s smooth and dreamy. Give it about 30 to 60 seconds.
STEP 7). Open it up, take a peek, and if it looks too thick, you can splash in a bit more plant milk. Blend again real quick if you do.
STEP 8). Pour your smoothie into your favorite glass or to-go cup and enjoy right away while it’s icy and fresh.
