Unwrap the brie and place it on a small microwave-safe plate with a rim so the syrup does not spill over.
Microwave on high for about 1 minute and 15 seconds, watching closely, until the center feels soft when pressed, and if it puffs up too much turn off the microwave and let the residual heat finish melting it.
Sprinkle the chopped pecans evenly over the warm brie, then scatter the pomegranate seeds on top.
